At intake Priya asked you, in writing, not to share anything with her family physician, who also treats her former mother-in-law. You noted the instruction in her file. Yesterday a process server delivered an envelope from her former husband's lawyer. It contains a document requiring you to attend a hearing in three weeks and to bring the complete clinical file. You have not yet spoken to Priya about it. This morning the family physician's receptionist left a voicemail asking you to fax 'a quick summary of how she is doing' for a form. Priya arrives for her regular session pale and talking quickly.
